Mike Thackaberry is the General Manager for McDonald Commercial Roofing Company Inc.

Responsible for leading a team in the estimating, sales and production of commercial roofing, sheet metal and service production, Thackaberry has over 13 years of roofing industry experience that includes positions of increasing responsibility, from Service Manager to Business Development Director, to the role he holds today.

Jeremy Gay is Chief Financial Officer of McDonald Commercial Roofing Company Inc., southwest Michigan’s premier commercial roofing contractors, with over 70 years of satisfied and successful customers.

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Michigan and Illinois, Gay has been the CFO of McDonald Commercial Roofing Company Inc. in Jackson, Michigan, since 2017. He has over 20 years of construction financial management experience, operating in both public accounting and industry financial management positions.
