The RoofLink – Roof Management Data System is McDonald Commercial Roofing’s custom software and mobile app that allows clients to manage their roofing project in real-time. The RoofLink Roof application can be used to manage installation projects, maintenance and inspections via computer, tablet or smart phone – from anywhere, 24/7.
RoofLink Service:
With the RoofLink app, clients can dispatch our service crews with the push of a button, and receive email updates throughout the service activity. Upon service completion, clients receive an invoice via email which includes before and after photos of work performed.
RoofLink Inspections:
When managing inspections through the RoofLink app, an overview report of the roof system is created which evaluates the serviceable remaining life and makes informed timely decisions. Based on the overview report, the RoofLink software creates a budget matrix which allows the client to make informed decisions regarding repairs, replacement and when and how much to budget for.
RoofLink Production Projects:
For roofing projects, the Rooflink platform delivers detailed daily reports, and photos of the work performed each day. Reports are sent via email or are accessible through the RoofLink interface.
RoofLink is deployed for every job, is easy to use and is available to McDonald clients at no additional cost. All project, maintenance, service and inspection data is stored in the RoofLink database for easy access at any time
